I've been here more than 6 years. Peaceful. Nice. They constantly repairing, upgrading, working on property, trimming trees, etc. My bathroom floor needed a replacement. The team they hired came in the other day and were able to do it 4 hours. They did a great job

I moved in September 2024 and now it is December 2024 only 3 months have gone by this was the worst decision I ever made signing the lease do not move here...........I live on the downstairs floor the people above me have no respect for anybody the lady lets her kid jump up and down on the roof run around ride his scooter making noise and banging loudly I have asked her to take control of her kid because it is to loud for us downstairs she gets in a argument with me every time and when me or my wife step out of our apartment she cuses us out every time I have video proof of all the noises and banging that is going on up stairs all through out the day and into the late Night I have informed the property manager several times even sent him the videos as proof I have called the security on th

This place sucks! Cockroaches, tow company that steals cars from the lot on a regular basis because they pay-off the manager. Heater that hasn't worked in over two years .Won't re place carpet though 5 years is the time they're supposed to do this from normal wear and tear- I've been here almost TEN years! Managers NEVER in the office when he/ they're supposed to be. They don't return calls, they lie about rules to their convenience. VERY SHODDY maintainece/ repair work. Enter apartment without 24 hour notice when you're NOT HOME. ( If a police report were to be filed I could SUE them for 10k for EACH time they do this! ( Look it up I know what I'm talking about!) Be careful of this place! Oh, I forgot to mention the thefts from cars in the parking lot ,too! Why am I still here? I'm waitin

Thank you to Eric for not only being so so helpful during the process but for being patient and understanding with me and helping me with any questions I had and helping me fill out any paperwork I didn’t understand. When I say I came in stressed and left unstressed I mean it!! Truly appreciate the staff here!

I have been living here for 7 years. This place is simple, good and accesible to the bus route & markets. Peoples living in here and the staffs are nice & helpful. Now my one bed room apartment is going to be vacant as I'm moving to another city in third week of March 2021. Anybody looking for such places may contact apt office immedietly..
