Trend!

I moved out from Trend! In November 2025, but I still have only good memories about this places. The leasing team — Rosalyne, Marlene, Angie, and Anthony(maintenance) were the best! They were always extremely nice and welcoming. It was a pleasure living in that community. If you have any doubts in regards of renting there, I would highly recommend to give it a try 🤗❤️ I had to move out because of a job opportunity, but living there showed me how important it is to live in a place where you are feel safe and welcome, also everyone was really professional too. Thank you for being my home in 2025❤️

I have lived at Trend! for around 6 months now and I’m still happy to call this home. Angie is super personable and has been amazing since the day she signed me up. I met Rosalyne and Anthony with his crew after moving in, and they have all seriously been stellar as well! I think, like any apartment complex, there is the realistic nature that things will happen, and they do occasionally. What I’m impressed with is how communicative and responsive the management is to things. The team works very hard on up keeping the property and any maintenance concerns are fixed quickly. The only thing I’d really ask for is additional EV charging stations. 🫠 Thank you to the team for making this a nice place to live. 😍

We decided in January we were going to move to Vegas from Texas. I did my research on the area I had visited previously and found Trend! We flew in just to visit the complex and was greeted by Rosalyne’s wonderful smile and great personality. She accommodated us with a tour of the beautiful property and showed us many different options! I knew we had found our home in Vegas! There was not a doubt from the beautiful homes, fantastic amenities and Rosalyne and Angie just made it all that much better. The pool is AWESOME! Trend checked all my boxes! Application process was a breeze too!

Angie, the assistant manager at Trend Apartments, is amazing. She is always professional, friendly, and very helpful. Anytime I’ve needed assistance or had questions, she’s been quick to respond and genuinely cares about residents. Her positive attitude and dedication really stand out and make living here a great experience. Trend Apartments is lucky to have her!
