Tremont Village II

The on site manager is amazing and so sweet. Anytime we needed anything or had questions she was very knowledgable and professional. However, the complex itself could be taken better care of. There is a lot of dead grass, the “dog park” isn’t even a dog park just a fence that doesn’t even work and trash in the designated area, the gates only work half the time and you don’t get a gate code so if you have visitors you have to go up there to let the through. Maintenance requests also take a few days to weeks to be taken care of unless it’s an emergency. In regards to safety, we had our car broken into 3x in the 3 years that we lived here and even though there are signs that say they have security cameras they are just at the gate and not the entire complex. My car has been broken into 3 times now living in this neighborhood, so safety is a concern. The gate to drive into the apartments is almost always broken so the “Gated” community appeal is lacking. Calling for maintenance is hit or miss as I’ve had to call them 2-3 times on multiple occasions for the same issues since no one ever showed up. Their most appealing quality is the size of their bedrooms compared to other apartments in this town.

Awesome!!! I lived here for 3 years and I loved it. Management is super nice, things are fixed As soon as you call, even after hours. Apartments are very modern no old appliances!! When I move back to Valdosta I hope I can rent from them again!

Tremont Village is pretty quiet. Most of the tenants are friendly. The grounds are clean and kept. My only suggestion would be to add a laundry room and playground. A fenced dog area would be a practical addition .

I lied... this place was run poorly when new management took over. Their attitudes were horrible and not helpful. They give like molasses to fix things and shout out to Todd. He is a one man band and deserves a raise if he is still there. But yeah... the staff sucks.
