Since Deon took over, this apartment complex has completely transformed! You can tell he truly cares about the residents and the property. Parking used to be such a headache, but he’s organized everything and made it so much easier. Maintenance requests get handled quickly, communication is clear, and overall, everything just runs smoothly now. The atmosphere here feels so much more positive and well-managed. Huge shoutout to Dion for the great work, he’s made living here a much better experience!

I recently moved in & I'm loving it here... The application process was simple with a quick turnaround; thanks to Deon. He is very responsive & courteous. The property is always clean & smells amazing. It's very secure here as well with fob & keyless entry. My apartment is spacious & quiet. I'm so happy that I chose Tremont.

*Update* the new associate manager, Deon has turned this place around and he working on making it a great space. He is personable, approachable, and he cares about the people in this community. He has addressed my issues and taken care of what was in his control. I appreciate being heard.

Joaquin and his staff have been amazing! My unit was a vacant for awhile before I moved in, but they’ve gotten everything fixed up and working to my satisfaction! I’m beyond appreciative!!

Since I made this post below about 2 months ago, I see my review caught management's attention and the improvement to make this community a better place. I am here today making this updated review from 2 stars to 5stars applaud the efforts that were taken. This review also highlights how phenomenal Marcelo goes ABOVE and BEYOND to keep this place neat. I saw him with the vendor for some maintenance to get rid of the rats and mice. Maria still doing what she knows better. Marcelo and Maria are the rockstars. I am not the only one who chose to live here because of Marcelo Customer’s Service Skills and integrity in understanding a person's needs. Marcelo deserves a better raise and awards of best employee.
