Tremezzo on the Lake

I moved into these apartments at the beginning of 2025. From the start I’ve had nothing but great service from Marisa and Kieth. Moving in I was driving across the country. I made it to my new home on a weekend and the office was going to be closed. Marisa worked with me and we were able to figure out a plan to get me moved in while the office was closed. I’ve consistently had good experiences with both Marisa and Kieth. Any problems in my unit or around the property have been addressed quickly by both of them. They’re always kind, respectful, and generally good at their respective jobs. They treat myself, and my two dogs very kindly, they always say hello, they send updates when things are being worked on throughout the property. Love the quietness and location. I also hate when there are certain events cause it can really cause a headache with the amount of cars parked in the area and that is few and far between. Management has been amazing and so has maintenance. I just wish the apt was a little bigger with more storage in the kitchen.

Tremezzo on the Lake is at a great location right near Tempe Town Lake. Marisa was awesome getting everything set up. The move in process was seamless. Highly recommend Marisa and Tremezzo on the Lake.

I have lived here at Tremezzo on the lake for a few years. Marisa came on shortly after moving in as the previous manager retired. I have nothing but good thing to say about Marisa and Kieth. Both are great people. Keith is such a great help and great service with timely repairs. I have never had a problem that Marisa can't fix. She's become a friend. The property is well kept. The apartments are very nicely remodeled. This has been a nice and comfortable place to live. We are only leaving because we need more space with my two adult children live with me. I will truly miss both Marisa and Keith.

I left with a great impression when I first visited this property while searching for a new residence in Tempe. A few months into my lease now and that sentiment is unchanged. After working in property management for years, I believe that I have a pretty clear understanding of what it means to be a good landlord. With that being said.. The property manager Marisa is an invaluable asset to this company. She is very personable and you can tell that she genuinely cares. A property manager can really make or break a rental experience.
