Trellis Park at Cheyenne Apartments

My experience with these apartments in a 2+ year period was TERRIBLE. I kept having hope it would get better because I honestly enjoyed the large size of the apartment. The neighbors were ridiculous. The girl above me literally had a daycare going on. She ended up leaving and then a couple moved in that insisted on blasting music at all times of the night/morning. It was captured on my door camera that the male was hitting his dog in the face on different occasions and I reported it to Karen and nothing was done. I've had the police knock on my door asking for camera footage and a police report due to someone that tried to break in my patio door and ended up breaking into the lady next door's apartment. Honestly, if I could this these apartments negative stars, I most certainly would. My family moved to these apartments July 2023 from out of state. The office closes on the weekend and we were driving in on a Friday. Anali stayed 15 mins after to accommodate us, which was appreciated at the time, although she had a major attitude about it once I arrived in the office. She even asked me to leave a review because of it, as if she was polite and professional. Nevertheless, our experience went downhill from there. The office isn’t open on weekends, there is no one available to assist during an emergency. I moved out of this apartment complex do to the maintenance man being very prejudice towards my son. He chase him with a bat for knocking on his door for trying to retrieve his ball that went over his patio. He cursed him and his friends for having a water balloon fight and also told them they can no longer play catch with their football for no apparent reason. He also entered my apartment before without my acknowledgment while I wasn’t home. My camera only caught him coming out unfortunately. I was rented an apartment with all old/defective appliance and a roach problem that Karen tried to convenience me I brought on my own, lol. After numerous spray the roaches slowed down but never went away. I stayed there for 3 years only paid my rent late once! As I moved out I was charge for all tho

Alex is the best! Since the beginning when I first considered moving in she’s been amazing! She never fails to give you any information you need and answer every single call you make to the office. She’s by far remarkable and the best thing about these apartments. The maintenance is also great if not the same day they will fix your problem the next day. Never had one problem here. Since 4/5am My neighbors upstairs are constantly stomping and walking around as if they had construction boots but what can you do? People have feet and walk I would still love to stay here for the same price! Thank you for this experience.

I absolutely love this place! The office manager Annie is just adorable and professional. And also, Tara she works with me on getting everything I need to move in. This place is just like on the picture very accurate. Locate near a lot of stores walking distance too. Update: 12-27-2022 I moved out because of no transportation coming from the South. Just when I was about to move back about 3 years ago. I came to the reviews to see if Tara or Annie still there. 👀 the reviews have gotten horrible, so I just passed on trying to move back. Plus, the stores I once loved 7 years ago is gone 🥺. Well after reviewing again, I changed my mind. Apartments skyrocketing prices in this world is ridiculously high.
