TRELLIS HUNT VALLEY Apartments

My experience with Trellis has been nothing but positive. Nikki has taken care of me from the moment I set up my tour over a year ago. She made me feel at ease after a horrible experience with prior property management. She has built a great community and provides us with the best renters experience I’ve had thus far. Donte is also amazing! He truly takes care of this place without hesitation and proactively looks out for each tenant and the property overall!! Could not be happier with my choice in living here.

We’ve lived at Trellis in two different apartments, recently transferred to a larger one, and the experience has been amazing. Nikki, the property manager, is extremely professional, responsive, and made the entire transfer process smooth and stress-free. Donte in maintenance has incredible attention to detail and made sure everything in our new apartment was taken care of perfectly. Their dedication truly makes Trellis feel like home, and we couldn’t recommend it more!

This property is a wonderful place to live. Nikki and Donte are friendly and always helpful, and the community is peaceful with no noise issues at all. Everything is clean and well-maintained, which makes it feel comfortable and inviting. The club room is a great added feature. Highly recommend!

Professional, Prompt and Courteous Service Is what We have recieved while residing here. Several close by and Convient shopping centers to choose from. Nikki and Donte are very helpful in making our move- in and stay here very comfortable. Maintenance requests are handled swiftly and effectively with any issues brought to the Staffs attention. Very Quiet and respectable community also.

I had the pleasure of touring the apartments and Nikki was absolutely amazing. She is personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. You can tell she really knows her residents. It really has a nice community vibe and although I toured in the winter I can tell it will be georgeous in the spring and summer. It's clean, safe, and I was very impressed with management.
