Me and my roommate were model renters paying early almost every month and leaving our apartment in perfect condition yet we still got screwed moving out. We were called maybe 4 months prior to our lease ending and asked if we wanted to renew, we informed them we did not. The lady who called then thanked us for letting them know and did not communicate a need for anything else. Imagine our shock when we get charged an extra two months rent after our lease for “not giving notice that we did not wish to continue our lease”. Additionally our deposit was kept with zero explanation of why! In my time living here I experienced neighbors with aggressive pit bulls that they were not allowed to have and Woodsdale did nothing about our and others reports. People are nice and friendly. If you’re respectful to the staff they’re respectful to you. I don’t know why people give them such a bad rep. It’s apartment living so can sometimes get the noisy neighbors, dirty or middle lobby areas, or cig/smokey smell. Like some people need to calm down and just be happy the rent isn’t astronomical!

Horrible in response to maintenance needs. I had a gas leak within a month and a half of moving in, 2024. I was never compensated for anything as far as inconvenience or medical. I reach out for a simple fix, the bottom of my front door has fallen apart and I have placed 3 tickets through their request system. The first one they responded, it fell apart the next day. I put in a ticket the next day no response. I then put in a 3rd ticket 6 days later and still no response. Pitiful service and they only patch things up around here. The regional manager & leasing office managers work well together. Neither of them care

The WORST AND MOST CARELESS BUNCH! READ YOUR LEASE GOOD!! Before you sign! They Take All Your rights away! And privacy omg- they come right into your apartment like your nothing! And have no respect for their tenants and Oh I believe all these reviews are FACTS!! Their laundry room is old ,run down and I was terrified to drop anything on the floor and there’s fleas,roaches and rats! And NO Hotwater for your clothes ..I’ve reported countless times for months about their wide open lobby and random ppl just show up leaving ashes and put burnt cigarettes and joints out on the carpet and they leave trash and drugs all over the Mailboxes!!! And since I complained so many times they sent me a letter informing me they not offering a lease re-Newal -lmfao! Like I’d want to stay renting from these t

I could write a novel with all of my poor experiences. Upon moving six months ago and learning this was the maintenance company, I almost immediately broke my lease and after today I’m considering it again
