I have had multiple property managers and have had nothing but confidence in TrehKC once I switched over to them. Even when things were going bad, they handled the situations, taking care of the tenants and got things handled as fast as possible. I have been with them over 3 years and they continue to do the best to take care of everyone both landlord and tenant.

If I could give this company no stars or a negative five stars I would.. it's a long story nothing on my end that i could do about the situation. Only they could. They didn't answer calls,messages or follow thru with there end. They caused me to be without a home that I rented. Just yanked it out from under me No warning no nothing because there portal for payment was jacked up. I offered to bring them the deposit or try any other way . Then it went thru before the deadline. But they still did it anyway. I also had to wait ten days to have my money returned. I had to live in my car and motels for 10 days till it was returned. They are a very difficult terrible management company. Watch out for there properties.

I love my home been here 3 months everything is great. Viewed, applied and moved in within 3 weeks. Very responsive by phone, email and text. All my questions were answered and they worked with me on getting approved. I wasn't judged and was treated with respect and kindness from everyone. I look forward to being here for a long time. Best housing experience!

I have nothing but postive things to say about this company and the agent that helped me find my home. Sophia was great through the process when I applied for my home. Their online system makes it easy to place maintenance requests and pay my rent. They have been very pleasant to work with and very responsive. Oh and Sophia even offered to help me prepare to buy a house once my lease is up, which I think is amazing! Great job in finding this gem of an agent TREH KC!!

Avoid this company at all cost. Worst management I've ever had. I reported to the about 2 months after I moved in that there was a leak in my water heater room. They still hadn't fixed it when I moved it 10 months later. They only fixed issues a few months before I moved out. They withheld my deposit for almost a week, and they deducted $600 from it for painting and carpet cleaning, even though it contract does not require us to do that. I even patched holes from the previous tenants and was still charged for it. You can't contact anybody half the time, they don't return calls, they won't do any maintenance after 5 or on the weekends. You literally have to put your job on hold to get anything done with them.
