When I reached out to Candlelight Lane Apt for assistance with housing and they gave a response it was the best blessing I could have asked for. For me and my Son who is very much in love with his room and the Apt in general. Mrs. Maureen to me is a blessing and so are the staff here. The office assistant that we have is very helpful with any info or questions and assistance I may have. Him and Mrs. Maureen work well together to keep things going afloat. I give Candlelight Lane Apts good review because if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have a place to stay and for that I'm Grateful. Thanks Again Mrs. Maureen.

Me and my wife are not very happy with this complex. They are evicting her husband and she gets to stay. Yeah this has got poor management. They don't communicate. They have poor communication. I don't recommend nobody to live here. They're evicting innocent people that have disabilities have health issues and they're evicting them. I have health issues and they're evicting me. I don't feel that's right. It's about to be winter time and they're putting an innocent resident out on the streets that have health issues. They're fixing to go through a lawsuit because I'm fixing to shoot the complex. I don't want to show it the complex because I know there's elderly people here some's got to get done. I reside at Candlelight Lane Apts in Liverpool, NY. It is a great place to live. Maureen is right on top of any issues that come up. Very friendly staff. It is definitely home here.

Real bad company and management they keep tenants security deposit I move out in September of 2024 left the place nice and clean did owed no money rent paid up . it’s 2025 I still haven’t received my deposit I call I left emails ect they are rude and disrespectful and they don’t answer no calls nor emails this company needs to be sued and management needs to be fired they loosing good tenants because they are nasty and very unprofessional and stealing money they need to be reported Asap so other innocent, good people don’t have to go through this and don’t get there money stolen

I reside in Hickory Heights in Abbeville,South Carolina. Our Landlord is very nasty and does not communicate with her Tenants at all. She holds the utility checks and gives them out after the date the hold is due on the light bill. She doesn’t want to give Tenants receipts when they pay rent. She has her son working on the property as well,which isn’t allowed. In order to get her attention I had to write an Appeal Letter. In my letter I put all the damages in my home that I’d reported to her numerous times. My letter was sealed and ready to mail, but she opened my letter and popped up at my apt for an inspection. She requested I have it ready by Monday,but I’m 8 months pregnant and I could only do so much. After I wrote my letter she stuck numerous notes in my door about my rent going up
