We had a very pleasant and smooth experience with this real estate agency. We worked closely with David specifically, who is absolutely wonderful. He is very professional, kind, patient, and is always understanding when difficulties arise. We felt truly cared for as David consistently went above and beyond for us, and for that we are immensely grateful. He is a true gem and the perfect man for his line of work. Would highly recommend to anyone searching for an apartment in the area to go through him!

I’ve been a tenant of Max fluss for over 30 years. I’ve met all kinds of people that work there most are really good and helpful but Diane Doherty is outstanding. Diane goes above and beyond. . I wish that more people were like you, Diane you’re caring your empathetic you’re everything a good person is .Thank you enough for always helping me you’ve helped me during some of my recovery’s from surgery with what I’ve needed with my lease and when I got really, really sick and you’re a true good person and I’m grateful for you. Thank you for helping me resolve any issues I’ve had pertaining to my lease and helping me with anything that I’ve needed with that.

I had a great experience working with this real estate company. My main contact was Roger who was always very kind, conscientious, and responsive to all concerns about the building. Thanks for being such attentive landlords!

My two year stay with one of Max Fluss properties was a pleasant experience. David Watters, and the rest of the staff was always professional and kind. The service calls were handled swiftly. The property and grounds were well maintained. Oh and I had some pretty cool neighbors too.

I did leave a negative review previously and a representative informed me that the landlord was to blame for those issues and not Max Fluss directly. This seems true and so I’m leaving another review that’s more positive because David W. was helpful at the end of my lease. However, this does not negate the fact that the staff at the start of my lease were not great to deal with.
