Treeline Timber Creek Apartments

We moved here in June of this year. We love our apartment and the property is very nice. Everyone who works here has been great! The reason I didn't give 5 stars, is the trash situation. The trash area many times is a big mess. Trash sits outside the trash area too long which smells and attracts flies. The complex should invest in a camera for this area and issue warnings and fines for improper trash disposal. Plus, the complex would make additional money! A win, win! Maybe use the money for a basketball court for all the people to enjoy. Especially young people. Overall, we are happy to call this home.

Treeline is a beautiful property. Plenty of space in the apartments. I spoke to Dalton and Sergio of the maintenance team and they are friendly and very helpful. Didn't get to see the manager but they spoke highly of him as well. Wonderful location.

I scheduled an appointment for a tour and received a call from one of the employees to confirm it, and I confirmed it two days before. The afternoon before the tour, I received an email saying that my appointment was canceled, which confused me, so I scheduled another one. I drove two hours to get there only to find the office open but empty. I waited for more than half an hour and called, and no one showed up. They wasted my time, which is a lack of respect.

I wanna give a good review to the maintenance man’s there customer service was wonderful I put in a request and they came right away and fix my heater

I've been here for almost 4 months now, and the experience has been great! Touring an apartment, signing a lease, and getting moved in was easy with the help of the leasing office - Saarah always stayed in contact with me through the process and helped me feel really confident with my move. The office is always accommodating and the amenities are really enjoyable! The apartment is really nice, sometimes the walls feel a little thin when i hear neighbors, but it's never an issue and it sounds very far away at that. I can see myself renewing since I'm really enjoying the apartment and community!
