My husband and I worked with Freddy and Angie to design our home and Joe Carbone was our construction manager. They literally made you feel like family! We got to watch the house go up from foundation to finishing and it is no easy task. Joe Carbone handled every little detail and made sure to keep us informed of how the build was going. Freddie and Angie would check in even just to say hi. They want you to be happy with the home you are building which is not something you will get with the cookie cutter developers. My wife and I were new at requesting a new constructed home . We totally depended on Mitchell home and their staff. They came through the process with us from start to finish. The first Mitchell representative that we met was very helpful in explaining the process to us, he was so helpful. Unfortunately he is no longer with Mitchell but before he left he introduced us to Joe Carbone, our construction supervisor that would be in charge of building our dream home. He was exceptional from beginning to end and even then he said if we experience any problems or concerns to contact him. If I could give him an evaluation, it would be OUTSTANDING. Thank you so much Joe for assisting us in our long, unknown journey. We are very happy with our home.

I had excellent experience with Mitchell Homes with the assistance of Jeffrey Merritt. Previously I had spent 2 years working with architect, contractors and financial advisors. My frustration grew with the pandemic causing cost to escalate. I contacted Mitchell Homes online and received an instant response. Mostly everything was communicated online or by phone. I was skeptical. This was perfect because of the distance from DC. At this point, I was looking for quick delivery particularly during this time being diagnosed with an illness. I didn’t have to spend time with permits, etc., and getting financing. My house was built on schedule and at 1 year inspection there were only minor fixes. Everyone who worked with me was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. I am very pleased

I cannot thank Audrey enough. She is amazing! Okay so what led me to Mitchell Homes is that I am a new real estate agent that joined Keller Williams Elite Realty this year. I also just got licensed this year. I was listening to Ben Caballero of HomesUSA on YouTube. I remember listening to him say that he works with a lot of home builders and some home builders are pretty well to do and can afford to treat a client however they want. I wanted to learn more about home builders so when I researched, Mitchell Homes came up. I straight up told them that I was a new realtor and didn't have any clients. When I told them that I thought they may not respond to me since I wasn't bringing them money currently. However, Audrey wrote back and was so polite and let me know that the Mitchell Homes team

This was my first time building a home, and I am so glad that I chose to do it with Mitchell Homes. Jeff, at the Rocky Mount, NC office, was my New Home Consultant. He was absolutely fantastic! He was very professional, friendly, and understanding. He was very knowledgeable and upfront about the Mitchell Homes building process. And regarding the building process, let me add, Mitchell Homes is like no other! They help the customer to save tons of money by building on their land without the need for a costly construction loan. They make every effort to remain on the timeline they provide.
