Elevate White Oak

I lived here for 1.5 years and it was my first apartment. Being a female living alone I always felt safe. Anytime I needed maintenance they were always there! The office ladies were also always nice to me. I had to move due to work but would definitely recommend! They are also very pet friendly which was amazing :)

We love Elevate! At first my husband was nervous about moving into an apartment complex because of all the horror stories we've heard from friends, but the entire team at Elevate has been so friendly and welcoming. We both grew up in Garner so the location made sense for us. We love the community as a whole and the amenities are wonderful - we spend a lot of time at the ping pong tables and the pool just opened! Elevate truly feels like home now, I'll be sad when we have to move on but for now we are enjoying our time!

Great quiet, community. Maintenance is very responsive and so polite, especially Kyle . He is responsive and the nicest person. I can be out walking my dog or coming from work and getting out the car and he takes the time to speak to me. Very polite and attentive when my apartment needs maintenance attention. Thanks Kyle for making my leasing experience great as I came from a community where maintenance was horrible where I decided to leave and lead me to elevate!

I'm not sure if it has been new management or just new policies but I have lived here for almost two years and one thing that I do not deal with is policies that are not fair. I had my bank account information removed from the system to pay rent WITHOUT BEING NOTIFIED. I reached out to the apartment as I have never been late for rent and my information was removed causing this issue. They stated that there was nothing that they could do about an $80+ dollar fee being removed even though they confirmed that I did not remove the banking information and it takes 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS to get another added. Situations such as this confirms that this company does not have good values and I would check new policies and small print on all documents before signing a lease to live here.

The apartments were absolutely beautiful. We had the pleasure of being accompanied by Kaitlyn as our tour guide, who was very informative, and knowledgeable. She efficiently answered all of our many questions throughly. In comparison to other tours I would have to rate my experience a 10 out of 10, thanks to her.
