I can’t express how beautiful these apartments are! Everyone I met when I stopped in for a tour went above and beyond for me and my pup. I work around the corner and had been hearing so much about this place that I had to come see what all the talk was about. I was greeted by the leasing agent, Jessica, and the maintenance team member, Anthony. Both were absolutely delightful and made the experience so welcoming and enjoyable. If I were moving to Bankers Hill, Treehouse would absolutely be my first choice. I highly recommend Treehouse as anyone’s new home. Keep it up, Treehouse staff!

I had a tour with Jessica recently and wanted to take a moment to recognize her. She was patient, thoughtful, and genuinely kind throughout the entire experience. She took the time to show me multiple options, answered my questions without rushing, and offered helpful design ideas that made it easier to imagine how a space could work for me. At no point did I feel pressured — just supported and respected. Apartment hunting can be overwhelming, but Jessica made the process feel calm and human. Wow!! What a beautiful building and amazing staff. My partner and I toured this building and loved every single moment. Julian was so detailed and took the time to show us each floor plan and around every unit. This is like no other complex, you can tell they really care about the tenants and the attention to detail when they built this place. There are such nice design touches and quality materials. Highly recommend this building to anyone wanting to be in bankers hill. Felt like home from the moment we walked in!
