Treehouse Apartments

This place feel very scammy, i moved here temporarily because of military contract, the price that they advertised (around $875) only applicable if you sign for 1 year, otherwise it’s around 1100 per month. Which is fine since i know a lot of places do that but just a heads up. I lived there for one year, take care of the apartment well, everything stay the way they originally were when i first moved in. Tammy said after my contract done she will refund the deposit after 30-45 days if nothing broken (which nothing was broken). But after 50 days i tried to call them multiple times, no return call nothing, i tried again couple times down the line, nothing. Now 3 months passed and no return on deposit.

Wonderfully located right in the very center of Alamo Heights Close to Austin Highway and Broadway. Very nice Apartments that are Centrally located with Starbucks directly across the street. Neighborhood is very safe and very quiet and during the holidays the neighborhood is beautifully decorated.

Great Maintenance, very knowledgeable, Fast and Efficient work in my unit, I Give these Gentlemen 100% grade, 5 Star job.

Move in here!! Just moved in to this Amazing Complex. Ms Tammy was a super friendly with a smile considerate leasing agent(even had cookies for my pooch). The complex is very quiet and peaceful. I Love my neighbors and the maintenance gentlemen I see here and there. Plus it's right off broadway . On the bus line walkable with Starbucks,Habbi Cafe, Dog Store, Tacos, Dry Cleaning, Central Market and University of Incarnate! Plenty of covered parking. I don't work for Treehouse Apartments Lol but this review is sincere and a pleasure to give. So don't walk run and call Treehouse Apartments and ask for Ms Tammy.

I have lived here for a year, all in all it isn't TOO bad. HOWEVER I have a few things I would have loved to know before I moved in... there are large rodents that live between the floors that wake up at night and run, claw and chew on the walls or something. Its creepy, gross and annoying. Also, this property is on a boiler system (no hot water heaters) and the boils goes out often which means several days without water. Also, after my lease is up they want to raise my rent from $899 to $1109 which I will NOT be paying which is why I am moving out. They also rarely clean the pool which makes it yucky and unusable in my book.
