Treehouse Apartments

I could write a novel called “My Life At The Treehouse” and I guarantee it would be a best seller. Through the years of 2016 - 2021 I not only called this place my home but I truly lived. I went from a young, eager adventurer to a grown, humble, successful woman who would not have the life I have now without my journey at The Treehouse. The unique shape of the building and styles of the apartments create a private setting away from the hustle and bustle that surrounds. I loved passing through the arched gateways that during the right season would immerse me in the smell of wild jasmine welcoming me home. The loft unit was perfect for me allowing the separation of bedroom and social/ living space for when I would choose to casually entertain family and friends. I must admit I am still jeal

I have lived at Treehouse Apartments for many years. It’s a very safe environment here. You can easily walk or ride a bike to Clearwater Beach. It’s under new management and the landlady has made a significant number of repairs and improvements to the building. Apartments are completely renovated and upgraded when one opens up. They are very nice.The on-site manager, Lori is very nice and available to the tenants. She genuinely cares about the tenants. If an issue comes up in an apartment, she quickly gets it resolved. Treehouse Apartments is a very homey, quiet and comfortable complex to live at. I recommend Treehouse Apartments as a great place to live.

I lived at the Treehouse Apartments from 2020 through 2021, I absolutely fell in love with the place and the people that lived there! The apartments are gorgeous and clean, and the layout set up perfectly between the studios, the one bedrooms and the two bedrooms all give plenty of space for what you need! I met people I would consider family when I lived there who helped me get back on my feet during a time I needed it most! The Landlady is a truly special woman who makes the Treehouse what it is, which is like a family! I couldn’t recommend these apartments enough, if it wasn’t for the fact I got married and had a family and bought a home a couple hours north I honestly would probably still be living there! Definitely check them out they are worth living in!

I had an amazing experience living at Treehouse Apartments! Lori is the sweetest manager ever — she truly cares about the residents and always goes above and beyond. The property is very well maintained, super clean, and in a great location. I also loved that the residents actually know each other; it has a real family feel that’s hard to find. The assigned parking is super convenient, and the security cameras give you extra peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I have lived here for two and a half years and have had little to no issues. The building is a bit old but that’s about the only issue. It’s a quiet place to live for the most part except for occasional sirens from the fire station. Lorie is a great property manager. To be honest it’s a little slice of paradise as far as I’m concerned.
