Steve and Sherri are fantastic. They were very accommodating with our schedule. Steve is amazing and is a master of his trade. So thankful we found them for our pre drywall inspection. His thoroughness and attention to detail is impressive. Totally worth every cent and will be seeing him for our walk through and 11 month inspections.

A couple of weeks ago I had Steve from Inspect-O-Graff inspect my new home build after I had moved in. I had a couple of concerns and wanted a professional opinion. From the first call to the completed report I couldn't have been more impressed. His office staff is terrific and scheduled the inspection within a couple of days of my call. Steve arrived promptly and spent a considerable amount of time conducting the inspection. As with any new build home there will be some issues that your average homeowner will not see or be aware of, but Steve finds them all. Steve and Sherri from Inspect-O-Graff were absolutely phenomenal and are WORTH EVERY PENNY and then some! We closed on our brand-new home just two months ago, and I only wish we had found them before closing. The previous inspectors missed so many issues that Steve spotted right away. Sherrie, the office manager is phenomenal to work with to start the process. Steve the inspector is very detailed in his reports and he doesn’t miss anything on the construction site. His reports are super easy to read by myself and his knowledge of the building process Was a real plus for us being new to the Florida area and the way they build homes here using steel studs and concrete black would definitely use them again.
