Treehaus

Lived here for a year and it’s amazing! Only reason I left was because we bought a new home. Otherwise, I’d still be at TreeHaus. Definitely a vibe and wonderful place to be. The natural light from the big windows alone will make you want to live here.

Living at Treehaus has been a great experience. I moved to the property after living in Dallas for about 2 years. The staff and management have been very attentive and always help out when something comes up. On top of that, the actual living spaces are great... lots of windows, clean, updated appliances, etc... Also, the location is great. It is a little away from the bustle of everything, so it makes it nice to come home. I'd recommend living here to anyone.

I absolutely love living here at Treehaus! The layout and finishes in my apt were exactly what I was looking for. The staff and community are great and has made living here fun, safe, and clean.

I needed to revise this review. It took time but the prop mgmt has improved 200%. New gates were installed, they follow up on maintenance tickets, and the landscape is taken care of. There are resident events often and they even dropped off a gift for my birthday and last week a Valentine note :) This building and neighborhood are a special place and it’s amazing to see that reflected in the care of the management team *edited* Poor management - no regard for keeping up the property, especially the security. Gates do not operate properly for more than a week at a time, and management does not respond to requests for repairs. There are ongoing car break ins and trespassers loitering.

The apartments themselves are superficially beautiful but the build quality and management is subpar. First the good is that I love having huge windows and the maintenance people are very prompt to respond to requests when things break down (which is often). However, I decided to not renew my lease after two years because problems have continued to accumulate in every other realm: my butcher block island has peeling wood; the mini-fridge has broken down twice and leaked all over my kitchen; the walls are painted with a single layer of paint so that even brushing up against them causes black streaks; there is often a rotting smell throughout the apartment complex late at night and in the mornings ; the "gated" community is a joke since all of the gates broke the first year and have been t
