Tree Top - Spartanburg

THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. If you are looking for somewhere affordable to stay please refrain from tree top!!! The first day I moved in the heat wasn’t even working because apparently they forgot to turn the switch back on after cleaning the apartment, cool. I’ve been here over a year and the first month here was the only sense of peace I’ve had! The property manager moved a resident who is known to have noise complaints under me. I specifically chose an upstairs apartment to avoid noisy neighbors and I can hear every single thing my neighbor does! I can hear her talking on the phone, I can hear her snoring at night, and she constantly slams the door. Not to mention that she has a child that she keeps in the room all day which is conveniently

I’ve had a great experience at Tree Top Apartments! The staff is friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. The homes are beautiful and well kept, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for comfortable living with a great team behind it.

The move-in process was incredibly fast—I was approved within an hour of applying. While I could have moved in the next day, I chose to wait until the following week. My neighbors have been very friendly, and it's convenient that the trash disposal is right next to my building. However, there are two issues I'm currently struggling with. First, I'm dealing with giant millipedes and centipedes entering my home every other day. I keep my unit exceptionally clean, and I can't figure out how they're getting in since there are no visible holes in the floors. Second, three of the outlets in my bedroom keep going out. The first time this happened was during my second week here. I’ve only used these outlets for my phone and laptop chargers, so it's puzzling that they keep malfunctioning. The break

I been living here since oct they 1st had me in a apartment with no heat for 4 months they gave me a heater the heater caught on fire while I was sleep lucky I woke up in time My whole apartment was messed up the maintenance man don’t know what he is doing he said I couldn’t wash my clothes nd tv at the same time cause my apartment would lose power after the heater cause on fire they asked me if I want another one I got videos and pictures of the incident I ain’t have hot water my 1st couple of months here not a good place to stay please take my advice even the dishwasher never worked they they trying to make me pay for a apartment that I didn’t have heat nd the wall caught on fire I asked for they corporate number they won’t give it to me I asked for the manager above they so who can I c

This is a great place! Melissa was so friendly. It's clean and close to everything I need. I love it!
