This is my 2nd time at treetop and it’s been cool. Haven’t had any major issues after car was towed. Office staff has been great to work with from my experiences. The leasing agent has been great from day one from the tour to any questions that needs answering. Stacey has been great to work with

ThNot a great place to live. I have been living here for 6 years and it’s getting worse and worse. The office staff is incompetent and lazy. Stacii is always very rude. She’s in the office and keeps the doors closed. When you try to get in during office hours she gives an attitude saying “I can close the office whenever I want”. You pay for amenities that you can never use here. There’s no 24/7 gym and the gym is a joke anyways. The pool season is bad. Pool opens late in the summer season and closes too early. (It’s August and has already been closed for the last 2 weeks). The laundry room is dirty and the machines are always broken. The washer and dryers have been broken for 2 months now with no notice of it being fixed. The breezeway is disgusting with cigarette, alcohol, and puke stain

Edit June 14: wow. There are vehicles parking on the un level sidewalk. Beer bottles on walls. Trash on every green space. I keep meaning to call the health department over the bio film in multiple sinks over the last few years. The pool and gym are only open during leasing office hours Tuesday through Saturday. Stacii Holmes has had me waiting for months over the dishwasher repair. We’re lucky if she’s in the office. Leasing staff will wear Metallica shirts to work. And if your new home requires verification of living here when you leave, don’t expect anyone to answer the phone here. I have the receipts. avoid this property if you value your peace, health, or basic respect. after everything I’ve dealt with at this apartment complex, I feel like I owe it to future renters to warn them — this place is not worth your money, time, or mental health. Especially under the current management led by Staci I went over a month without AC during peak summer heat, with mold growing inside the apartment and even on my furniture!! I reported it. I followed every request. I cleared the outside storage closet as instructed and stayed home for scheduled visits. No one showed up. we put everything back in the closet because it has been sitting out, Then they tried to use the closet as an excuse — even though I had been present, willing, and waiting multiple times. Avoid This Apartment! I never received my security deposit back. They asked me to provide proof that I paid it — I sent multiple documents via email and followed up with phone calls. After months of back-and-forth, they finally told me they don’t return security deposits after six months, which was never mentioned before. I’m not sure how this apartment is still being maintained or leased out to people. Don’t waste your money applying here — be warned!
