If you're looking for a great space for a family this is it. The community is quite, feels safe and kept very clean. I take walks during the day around the community and I love it! The unit was prepared perfectly for my move it and the front office was exceptional with getting all my questions answered during my application process. Mya at the front office is amazing and very communicative. The application process went smooth and any help I needed I received from Mya. A great place for sure!!!

Currently relocating due to work and school, we came across this gem online and decided to schedule a tour and ask our questions. My roommate and I were given a tour by a young lady named Brooke. I wanted to leave this review to commend her on her hospitality and transparency. Speaking with her was a breath of fresh air. She gave us a lovely tour of the place including the amenities. I especially love that the neighborhood is gated and peaceful. The front desk staff seemed considerate and down-to-earth. Brooke was informative as to details on maintenance and all the concerns we’d have as tenants. She’s been nothing but considerate during my application process and super helpful.

Everything was in place & amazing for us until the summer of 2023 when the new management was put into place, since then they lacked of communication and mistakes over and over was horrible making our stay a living hell: The office refused to take accountability on various different issues during our stay and instead they put the blame onto us on each of them: 1) The number of identification on the buildings are hard to see as is not properly visible so you could easily go to the wrong unit, we had someone walked into our unit, this was reported to the office and they blamed us as we left the door unlocked while walking the dog, instead of them taking actions to avoid future incidents, they blamed us about it. 3) The office made the same exact mistake on three separate occasions by send

My aunt is a senior citizen and has been living here for more than seven years. Maya is a wonderful young lady and has helped her in many situations that are not even Required or someone to do she does it as a personal favor because of her age and her lack of technical knowledge Maya is wonderful and has helped her with many things.
