Horrible experience! Josh performed a home inspection of a property I was under contract to purchase. He missed something that ended up costing me $6,000+ to get repaired. If he had reported the issue, I could have gone back to the seller to renegotiate or even cancel my deal. With no such negative report, I closed on the property. Three days after taking possession, the shower pan broke through due to rusting in the area near the drain. Upon examination, there were clearly visible irregularities around the area that indicated a closer look was needed. JDL Home Inspection's report rated the Bathtub/Shower as "Satisfactory."
