Travis at the Lake

This is a fantastic place to call home. My wife and I have live here for over 5 years now and just renewed our lease. Angie and Clinton are wonderful people and really make this a community not just an apartment complex. The maintenance men always keep the property clean and feeling like a resort. I really can not say enough good things about the property and the team that manages. If you are considering moving here I beyond recommend it!

Clinton listened to what I was looking for in a home and answered all my many questions with professionalism and warmth. He made me feel welcome and at Home. He went above and beyond to make sure I got settled in on Move-in weekend. He left me a welcome box with essentials for that first day and did a walk-through before my arrival. JD was super kind and responded to my needs as well and went out of her way to make me feel welcome. Kevin in maintainence is awesome and has been very helpful. I feel like this is home already. Moving here was one of the most effortless and seamless transitions I’ve ever experienced. Every email I sent was answered quickly and efficiently, and the entire process from application to move-in was smooth and stress-free. This is an incredibly dog-friendly community — two dog parks, walking trails, and even treats in the amenity center for the dogs, which says a lot about how welcoming it is. The management team, especially Angi, is outstanding — friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. I was nervous about downsizing after being a homeowner for 25 years, but this doesn’t feel like “apartment living” at all. It feels like a home I’m happy to come back to every evening. We lived here for 1+ years and we had enough & left. When we moved in to the apartment on day one, they had broken items such as the oven door. They did fix it upon request though. There was a persistent smell of marijuana in our building which we reported several times (getting through the vents). Nothing was done to resolve it and at the end when we were ready to move out, they asked us how to address it. Well that should be their problem to figure out, not ours. Anyway I provided solutions to their management on how to address it and they never had the courtesy to follow-up on the solutions we provided them. The inside of the apartment was also very mediocre and did not have refreshed new look, yet we paid premium for it. The dog park was dirty and other residents all expressed this to

Lived here for 2 years and counting! The landscaping, pool, and amenities are kept in excellent condition. Neighbors are friendly, and there are frequent community events hosted by the leasing office. There’s a walking trail, horseshoes, corn-hole, and a deck if you want to have a get together. Glad I found this place and have never had a problem.
