This is the most unprofessional group you can work with. Year after year, they are chaotic, lazy, and their personnel are completely unorganized. Whatever team you have assigned to Baltimore properties is a total embarassment, operating with no accountability, and every interaction proves they're entirely unfit to manage any property.
Great management. Lots of turnover but love the people while they are there
