They would respond to every maintenance request promptly and efficiently, sparing no expense to make sure that the problem was resolved. Payment was easy and seamless; they would even send someone to help in case I was ever locked out. I would not take the negative reviews below seriously at all. We have rented from them for 2+ years now and not only were they exceptionally responsive whenever something was broken, but they also went out of their way to work around us and be flexible. There are very few landlords in the city where you can ask for something once and do not have to worry about following them up - our landlord was exceptionally responsive and on top of any issues we had. If something was broken, he made sure that it was fixed as soon as it could be fixed. They were also extremely flexible on various occasions. Even with our move out date, when we were having trouble scheduling, they were kind enough to let us move out a few days later without charging anything extra. Highly recommend this landlord and can h
