I live there and you cannot get the maintenance guy to fix anything, you can put in all the work orders you want he never looks at him. He never fixes anything. He never leaves the office as long as there’s a coffee pot in there that’s where he’s at drinking coffee.
It's a fine place quit peaceful, everyone is friendly, the office workers are always nice and ready to help in any way, it's nice, as always it depends on what you are looking for.
