Grace Property Inspections

We hired Grace Property Inspections to do a home inspection while we were under contract in 2025. We dealt with Josh and he made the entire process extremely easy during a busy time. They were able to get out to the home the same week and the inspection itself was extremely thorough. He identified an entire list of problems with most of them being normal wear and tear items that are expected with an older home. However, Josh went above and beyond and did a thorough roof inspection while also thoroughly inspecting the attic. His very fair and reasonable inspection price helped to save us several thousands of dollars and also provided peace of mind. I cannot speak highly enough of Grace Property Inspections and we will absolutely be using them again.
