Trails of Todhunter By Cristo Homes

This is how the edge of my yard was left. The landscaping company came and graded the “green space” next to my property. This is the same company who graded my yard. They couldn’t be bothered to removed the silt fence and match up the to sections of land. Not to mention the massive rocks left in the yard after they were done. I have entire patches of grass that will not grow, after investigating, there are easily 12x12 inch rocks left in the ground and visable. My yard wasn’t graded until June/July. I closed in January and had Monroe Code Enforcing coming to my house claiming they were going to take action on us. The warranty department is a joke. I have my roof leaking into my master bedroom anytime it rains and we haven’t heard a THING. Cristo left the pole for the lot sign in my yard. W

Currently working with a contractor to replace our roof. Replace our driveway (cracks/poured in the winter:rain). Huge cracks in our basement. Sent several emails and complaints during our walk through since day ONE. Never got a one year drywall inspection. Do not recommend Cristo period. Now you’re telling us bold face lies!!!! Shame on you. Buyer beware. You’ll hear from our lawyer

Everything about working with Cristo Homes was a positive experience. From the beginning of the process working with Michelle Fletcher at the sales office all the way through the construction walkthroughs and closing process, we had a smooth home build and are very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Cristo to anyone I know.

Though we have had many issues throughout our build, Cristo has taken care of each and every issue! Excellent customer service!

Just depends on which supervisor you're speaking with....most with a title act better than others..not good P.R. good news travels fast but bad news travels a whole lot faster
