The leasing team Rhonda and Tamara did a fantastic job! Any questions were answered and all problems that arose were promptly and unilaterally followed through with the wonderful maintenance team! David did a punctual and respectably wonderful job on all maintenance request submitted in a timely manner. I've been to many complexes in my time and the Monroe Terrace team were on time and transparent about every step of the process. All expectations were thoroughly exceeded! I look forward to my stay at Monroe Terrace and the future of the complex! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart to everyone involved!

Fantastic place to live compared to other placed I have seen. Rhonda T was and still is a great agent to work with and she was very straightforward and transparent with everything, good and bad, albeit there were hardly any bad things haha. There are no issues at all with any sort of pests, which is a very important detail to me that I have seen a lot of other apartments struggle to control. The maintenance crew is very helpful and will respond to any problems you could potentially have pretty fast. On top of all of this, Rhonda T was helpful enough to help guide me through some of the steps to move in since this is my first apartment and I wasn't quite sure what I was doing haha. I for sure have no plans to move anywhere else anytime soon.

Rhonda was absolutely amazing! She helped me so much through the whole leasing process, made everything smooth and easy. She always answered my questions quickly, was very kind and professional. Thanks to her, moving into my new apartment was stress-free. I really appreciate her great atitude and dedication. Highly recommend working with her.
