Trails Corner Apartments

I don’t live here myself, but I’ve got family who does and I visit very often. Whenever my aunt speaks to Ms. Amari, she was super easy to talk to and really patient while we were trying to figure some stuff out. Definitely one of the best changes the company has made! Before the management change, it felt like nobody ever knew what was going on or was even in the office. The apartments are nice and in a good area. Between her and Angel, they’ve actually made it a lot more tolerable to stay here. I enjoy visiting my family even more because of the security I know they have here.

I booked an appointment online, but when I arrived, I was directed to their other property down the street, Capital Flats. I met Danyale there, and she was super friendly and helpful. She gave me a video tour of the available units, and even though the apartment wont be ready in time for my move, she took the time to answer all my questions with a smile. Really appreciate the great service!

I would give this property not even a half star! They are GREAT at getting your money but when it comes to fixing anything they’ll drag their feet until the absolute last min and still won’t fix anything! I reported back in July about my window needing to be replaced it is now December and my children and I have been living with BLACK MOLD! Their turn over rate is so high they’ve had at least 7 “property managers” since I moved in December of 23 they don’t communicate and they don’t care!!!!! This is just ONE of my many issues with this property. The fact that people have to live here and can never get any answers is ridiculous! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Working with Danyale is always a lovely experience! She kept me informed all along the way and if I have any questions she answers promptly! Great experience

Week after week I have issues with my apartment since this first week I moved in. When you put in a work order you have to wait almost a week before someone comes by and tell you they can’t fix the problem. Emergency maintenance never answer the phone. Even if you pay by the 5th they still add on fee’s until their system receives the payment. This is definitely the worst property and very poor management.
