Living at Trailhead East has been nothing short of amazing. Despite being so close to downtown, the abundance of wildlife makes it feel like a peaceful retreat. Waking up to the sound of birds every morning is such a treat—and if you’re lucky, you might even spot a peacock wandering by! The scenic trail in the back is perfect for a morning stroll, and the neighborhood park is a great place to unwind. The amenities here are truly top-notch. The gym and coworking spaces have a sleek, luxurious feel and are always impeccably maintained. Moving into my apartment was a breeze—it was spotless and in perfect condition. The best part of living here is the staff. Let’s start with the incredible maintenance team. Seth and John are always super responsive and show up to fix any maintenance request within a day. They have bright sunny attitudes, are happy to field questions and explain, and seem to genuinely care about everything running smoothly. Then there are the rockstar managers and masterminds that make living here great. Celeste and Jennifer are truly the reason I chose this complex— they went above and beyond to make moving in a dream and continue to be friendly faces— always down for a chat and super responsive to all requests. I wish I could give it 10 stars. This is such a glamorous apartment complex. Try to keep an eye on my trailer across the street. There’s been home invasions recently, somehow they know how to cut the power in my surveillance when I leave. I am at Bel Air mobile home park. I tried to stop a lot of the crime in the neighborhood. Hopefully, you guys can return the favor. You can see an increment of time where there was no recordings yesterday. Also, somebody broke one of the screws off the master lock where they shimmied the way in.

Love living here! Been here about 6 months now, and can say it’s one of the best apartment complexes I’ve lived in, in Austin. Staff is down to earth and actually* gets stuff done when you tell them about it. Would recommend a top floor unit, and with a park view; you can’t go wrong. Also incredibly dog friendly because the park, a basketball court, and baseball field are right behind the complex. The people that live here are also awesome! The community is actually a community. Would highly recommend.

I’m giving Trailhead East 4 stars, though realistically it feels closer to a 4.4. I’ve lived here for 7 months, so I feel like I have a solid understanding of both the pros and cons. Here is a detailed review of my experience for anyone considering moving here. The Good: The staff is very friendly and responsive, emails are answered quickly and professionally. The maintenance team is also great: friendly, efficient, and quick to resolve issues. Trailhead East is a fun, social community and it’s easy to meet people. The apartment hosts events about once a month, which actually makes a difference if you’re new to Austin or just want to meet neighbors. The location is excellent.
