Trailbridge Townhomes

Black mold, water damage from next door apt leak that they won't fix, water seeping out of my floors, roaches, mice, squirrels chewing through my bedroom wall, condensation on windows and ceilings, ceilings dripping and starting to cave in in places, water bubbles in walls. Pathetic that low income people that do work and do keep their living environments are subjected to living like this. No washer and dryer hook ups openings in the walls where window acs go not given a way to insulate them so it's freezing in the apartments. I could go on and on. Been here since July and all I've been told is that they can't get funding approved for everything that needs fixed. If anyone knows a higher up than health dept and code enforcement let me know because they don't do anything either

DO NOT LIVE HERE I COULDNT GIVE THIS ENOUGH NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. Absolutely disgusting place. Horrible management in the 3 years I lived there they had like 4-5 different landlords all whom were trash. One scammed me for a whole year and stole my rent money. The dumpster has been piling up for a month now and hasn’t been emptied. This place is INFESTED with roaches. No matter how clean of a person you are you WILL GET THEM! I had to leave more than half of my hard earned things behind and thrown away because of this place. Take my advice and steer clear.

Absolutely the worst place I've ever lived. Management is full of it. People can't get their checks on time. Things half ass get fixed. Management always have a stuck up attitude like you've done something to them. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to move to Trailbridge.

Since new management it’s been nothing but downhill. Nothing is being done. Checks are always late. The new manager makes an excuse to everything. Quite frankly she’s lazy overall. Don’t even apply to move here it’s highly NOT RECOMMENDED! Btw her name is Shelly. She does nothing to help this place. She’s only here for a paycheck. Maintenance man tries his best. Much respect to him.

Since management changed, this place has went downhill fast. You can never get anything fixed in a timely manner. Cannot get a hold of the office most days. Electric fixtures broken and not fixed. Thermostat broken all winter, not fixed. Really need management and maintenance to get with it. If anyone knows how to go to a higher management to get stuff fixed please put it out here so people can get their broken items fixed
