Trail Lodge Apartments

I have only lived here for 6 months, and I’m honestly exhausted by the number of issues I’ve dealt with in that short time, especially as a parent of four kids. Within months of moving in, we experienced ongoing water and moisture damage from a cracked bathtub, a strong mildew odor throughout the unit, mold and heavy condensation around the windows, flooding toilets, mildew inside the toilets, a broken garbage disposal, closet doors falling off track, and even a wasp infestation. While individual repairs have been addressed, the overall pattern of water and sanitation issues has been overwhelming. I have lived here 7 years. I am very pleased with the staff. If I ever gave a problem with anything they take care of it promptly. They are very accommodating and respectful. It has been a great place to live. It is right by the trails which go all the way to the river. It has a pool and hot tub and allows pets.

The apartments are all right, the people that work up front are pretty helpful. I've lived here for about 7 years or so and I've seen them get cheaper and cheaper these new people that bought this complex Cushman and Wakefield are now getting rid of the ihfa program which is now causing my son and me to have to find another place to live because I'm a single parent and I can't afford to live here. Don't get me wrong I would love to stay but they just keep raising the price, and I just keep getting cheaper and cheaper and it's not worth it. Yes I already know I'm not going to find another place for what I can afford so I'll probably have to move to Spokane or something which I'm going to regret.

RUN. Don’t walk. RUN. This place is an actual health hazard and should be condemned. Living here has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Roaches crawl out of the walls like they pay rent. Mold in the bathrooms, kitchens, closets, you name it, it’s there. I reported it multiple times and management did absolutely nothing. They “promise” maintenance will come, but no one shows up. Ever. And if by some miracle they do, they barely patch things up and act like they’ve done you a favor. This complex is filthy, falling apart, and run by the most incompetent, lazy, and downright disrespectful people I’ve ever dealt with. The office staff is either ghosting calls, lying to your face, or blaming you for their mess. Emails go unanswered. Complaints are ignored. They smile when you sign you

So far this has been a great expeiernece. Management is very helpful and kind. Great little apartment.
