I would NEVER rent from them again. When applying to new places, prospect future landlords were told that I had a "noise complaint against me, but that nothing had been officially filed" When I called to ask what the hell, this is new to me and to ask why would you say something like that when there is no complaint filed against me? they quickly decided not to do that and gave a good reference to the next one. when giving my 30 days notice, no cleaning list was given to me, cleaned that apartment top to bottom and patched all the holes. when I got my deposit back I was not given $150 due to "excessive hole patches and repairs" I was at this apartment for 1 year, no damage was done, and when I asked what they were talking about "damage" she said they took pics and she would email them to me

Trail Creek manages some rental properties for our family in SE Idaho and has done for several years. He is prompt and fair and reliable. Our tenants seem to be pleases as well and thats important. Keep up the good work.

Our experience renting through,TrailCreek we thought that they would be a good company to rent from. After awhile we found if things needs to be fixed in the apartment, it takes months for it to get fixed or not at all. We found that they don't follow through the things that they say. Be prepared to clean your own driveways out with the snow, rules and regulations for the apartments. Even though they have rules and regulations in place if any issues arise, they won't do anything about it. If you file any complaints, you will be the first one to leave and not those who are causing problems. Also the city needs to be checking to see if the apartments are up to code. If the city would check these apartments, I am pretty sure they are not up to code.

Here is an honest review from an actual customer. Most of Trail Creek’s 5 star reviews are employees and family. Trail creek property management is horrible. They use every loop hole they can find as an excuse to not maintain and repair issues. We rented from them for six months and issues that they were told about before move in are still not fixed. Covers on heaters, electrical outlets shorting out, water leaking from the roof, all ignored until we gave them a notice we were leaving. Still only tried to fix a few things. Refused to void contract even though the broke it by not maintaining the apartment. The owner (Aaron Belk) refuses to call and talk. This company in unresponsive and very unimpressive. We have rented through Trail Creek for almost 2 years and they are phenomenal! When we needed to upgrade to a bigger space, they made the process of transitioning apartments super smooth. We were moved out and into a new apartment in less than 2 weeks. Anytime we have had issues with anything, maintenance was quick with getting repairs done. They keep an eye on the market and keep rent very comparably low.
