Tradewind Villas Apartments

I’m living in theses apartments my bathroom 🚽 is flooded and yall need to come fixed this and the nasty water is coming up in the bath tub . I have pictures of everything i lost most of my towels bc of this I shouldn’t have to deal with this I have been here since 2021 and nothing has been fixed besides the dishwasher and stove and we got mode in the walls and my kids keep getting sick from it I been up all night dealing with the flooding. 2/18/2024-2/19/2024.

Lived there almost two years. Payed on time..there were many things that on here. Loud noise...music playing for a whole year...2022..nothing happened me and my husband work hard and need our sleep..not including all the homeless that sleep in the hallways in these apartments. We call office they say call police.. not including we hear our dog barking like we are not gonna know they are there..in the hallway. and the mess they leave..i won't say what they leave behind..disgusting..im alone sometimes! so yes not safe..cause i sware i hear the knob moving and dogs go crazy and barking!I go outside and i see homeless trying to open doors in apartments and have to call police..so not safe..we were saving for a house..some owners should be greatful for having people come here to live but the

Maintenance is horrible. Management in the office is horrific. It deserves of negative 2 Stars. They refuse to fix anything in the apartment they continue to lie. I've had continuous bathroom issues regarding flooding I've since at minimum five emails I've called numerous times. Roaches became an issue shortly after that has not ever been addressed. 3 months rent on top of re-letting fee and rent but they would not put that inside of an email they were simply just say it over the phone because they know it is not legal. Do not I repeat do not rent an apartment for me is people do anything you have to do this apartment complex is the worst in San Antonio. The homeless shelter may be better than this place. Whoever the management is is horrific and this should be shut down.

Horrible place to live. AC goes out every single year in the summer. My grandkids suffer in the heat. They say it’s not an emergency so u have to wait 4 to 5 days to get it fixed, if ur lucky. And it never fails, it’s usually on a weekend wen it happens! Hate this place!!!! People who run the place get to go home n sleep good while children are suffering in the heat! Don’t waste ur money!!! Go elsewhere!!!

Tradewinds, Gardina Courts, Gardenwood and De Chantel are owned by the same person... When you move make sure you take pictures of your apt. " after you clean " otherwise you will not get ANY DEPOSIT BACK!!! This happened to me... Cause one of the maintenance guys told the owner my apt. Was left in a mess? It was not! In the lease it says monthly exterminator is included in the EXTRA MONTHLY FEE OF 40$ WHICH INCLUDES WATER, GARBAGE AND MONTHLY EXTERMINATION... I was here almost 2 years and NOT ONE TIME MY APT WAS EXTERMINATED!!! The bldg I lived in HAD BIG RATS... And I had them! As well as other neighbors... I've seen 2 nightly come out while I was watching TV... Not good! Very noisy... They didn't do anything about the rats inside at all... You lived with them... You could here the
