Tradewind Investments is handling a rental for me and they are great. They are very responsive and make my life easier with no worries. The tenant likes them better than the last property management company we were using because the fees they charge the tenant are way less.

This has been a very disappointing experience. They had us in room 134. The AC did not work and we would wake up in sweat every night. Then the water in the bathroom would not heat up at all. Then when leaving we forgot an item in the room. They would not check the managers office to see if our item was in the lost and found and only offered to ship the item if the manager found it. Over all, this has been a rough experience.

I have been renting a property managed by Tradewind for almost 6 years now. In that time they have been incredible.You hear a lot of rental horror stories in Vegas and this company has been nothing but wonderful to me for many years! Easy and fast application process Paying rent through the online portal is super convenient They are incredibly responsive with any repair requests. Even an AC fix in the summer was addressed immediately Staff is very friendly and amazingly helpful with any issues that arise. Special shout out to the M and the accounting team for going above and beyond to help address an error on my part!

Tradewind investments has been very helpful and extremely responsive when it comes to maintenance requests that we send in! We have been renting a property through them for almost a year and have loved it ever sense! Wonderful service compared to other rental companies or apartment complex’s!

Hired this company to manage my rental property. Had issues from the beginning with the tenant they suggested. During Covid, the tenant stopped paying me rent. I couldn't evict them for about 9 months, which wasn't their fault. However, it wouldn't have been an issue if the tenant was not suggested to begin with. I never saw any of that money owed from the tenant, and it's been years now.
