Just another unprofessional professional. Notice how she has 28 reviews yet only 20 of them are visible. This is because the rest were unsatisfied customers revealing the negative negotiations. Google maps allows businesses to delete negative comments. My reviews have been removed for skyline construction repeatedly so I just revise and repost. Griffith hovendick also removed. In my situation I was selling my brother's house after he died. Every time Tracy showed the house she failed to lock all the doors when she finished. The one time she did lock the doors she left the code on the key box. I assumed it was plain stupidity but I was wrong. See my realtor/broker is insured/bonded so when items in the house vanish when there is a showing the realtor bears no financial or criminal burdens.

Tracy couldn't have been any easier to work with! She was very helpful and knowledgeable not only in selling our home, but in finding our new home too. She was so patient and kind through the whole experience. I recommend Tracy to all my family & friends!

Tracy is great to work with. She has helped us on numerous occasions. Each time was smooth, easy and fun. She helps when the tough decisions need to be made and leads you in the right direction. She is a very caring person who wants to help you. She helped my wife though stressful times of buying our house. You can not put a price tag on that. She is a great real estate agent as well as a person. I recommend her to anyone that needs to buy or sell their home!!!!

Tracy is always willing to help out with the home buying experience, whether it’s on weekends, at nights, etc. She worked around my schedule and was so accommodating! She is amazing!
