Krista was in incredible help as my wife and I bought our first home. She was knowledgeable, helpful, quick to respond, and was always happy to answer our rookie-home-buyer questions! She really took care of everything and set our minds at ease, making sure we had all the right information and were taken care of in every way. We cannot recommend Krista enough if you are buying or selling a house in the Beatrice area!

It is not my intention to deter anyone from patronizing this business...just a warning to avoid one vindictive realtor who works there. I highly doubt that this review will exist for very long but it is 100% truthful. This is the same content I'm submitting to the Attorney General in reference to Skyline Construction. My original review simply stated "stay away from Kay" but it was deleted. As Paul Harvey put it "now you know the rest of the story" The property at 723 16th Street was originally negotiated by Kay Genrich for my brother and mother. Both my mom and brother died and my P.R. task was to sell the house. Kay offered to help without commission. According to the seller's estimated net sheet there was a $3000 commission charged to the buyer rather than my brother's estate.

Krista was the first to respond when I sent out an online request to multiple realtors about a home, and I'm glad she did! She showed me many homes on many days, being very patient and understanding of our needs for a new home. She never overwhelmed us or had us do too much at once. She brought in a contractor to address concerns we had in one home we were considering, and it saved us a lot of trouble! When we wanted to put in an offer on the home we bought, she moved quickly and we got it. She answered the many questions I had at all times of the day. So easy to communicate with and always made very efficient use of our time. I highly recommend using Krista as your agent!

Krista was amazing to work with! We called her with an urgent need to help us, and she came without hesitation. She listened to our needs and was always ready to assist. She was patient and understanding, worked well with our 4 children. The home buying process can be filled with anxiety, excitement and disappointment, but she was always ready to support, encourage, and find solutions to anything that would arise. We can't recommend her enough!

Krista was wonderful! She was on the ball during the entire process, she utilized Docusign to make our lives easier (we both work and one of us lives out of town), and she negotiated well for us. When it came time to close, which was right on target, she handed us a gift that was personal and reflected right what both of us needed when starting our new lives.
