The landlord let's her kids run the place. She doesn't accept kids in the apartment, the apartments are half clean when you move in. Plus she can be extremely rude at times and she doesn't fix your apartment when you address that something needs to be fixed. You will end up fixing it yourself. The heaters are really dirty, when you turn on the heaters, it smells like something is burning. I seriously don't recommend her especially if you have kids or pets.
