Townview Apartments

I personally wouldn’t give any stars. They false advertise on their website saying “beautiful newly renovated.” Don’t buy into their bs. They made a few cosmetic changes with the cheapest material. They caulk everything. Some residents have roaches. Luckily I don’t, but there is mold all in the walls. All they do is fix the surface using Killz vs fixing the root problem. They charge a service fee just to pay rent. They’re always in a meeting and won’t return calls unless they’re wanting rent money. I’ve lived here a year and I hate it here. They don’t keep the lawn mowed. There aren’t any amenities, but if you lease today you’ll be paying $950 plus water, pest control, blah blah blah. The manager said $950 is the market value for Malakoff. Get off the gas! I would not recommend this place

Im giving one star because the new owners came in and raised the rent by 300 dollars and everyone was having to move, one guy lived there for over 12 years and had to move. They don't care about the residents, they just want to be able to rent to who they want, do not recommend.

I love it. It's quiet and peaceful. Clean. And the super is great, very helpful and congenial.

Very polite and easy to work with!
