I have lived here for about 2 and a half years. My girlfriend commented recently but they took it down which it was all true statements therefore the owner is hiding the truth. There is bed Bugs roaches and rats ! Not to mention they let druggies 6 people+ stay in a two bedroom ( none of them on lease except one) But evict people who need a place to stay. We offered to pay what we owed in full before eviction and the manager cyndi Alvarado stated “No im evicting you” which if I had the money for rent owed why couldn’t she take it ? (Suspicious) She doesn’t like me or my girlfriend therefore she kicked us out! We had the money and she declined and took us to court. Not to mention the poor maintenance and horrible shape of the apartments! Do not wash clothes here either there are
Used to live there, great management. Pay for storage also. Good prices.
Very poorly managed. Never a manager in the office and no maintenance. Would not recommend this place
