UNETHICAL BUILDING MANAGEMENT. I applied for an apartment here on a Monday morning. At the time, I was informed that no other applications had been submitted. However, two days later, I was told that another application had supposedly arrived before mine and that they'd get back to me. No one got back to me and I had to go to the building myself for an answer. I then spoke to the building manager Gabe who claimed this earlier application was received very specifically at 9:20 a.m., yet he refused to show any proof of this. He also said he had told the broker but the broker didn't know anything about this other application when he spoke with me Tuesday morning, indicating Gabe is lying about the timeline.
