My spouse and I toured a number of apartments in the south shore area and we can whole-heartedly state that this looks like one of the best apartments anyone can ever live in. With a built in gym facility, we'd be able to work off our growing bellies for the new year, no more unfulfilled New Years resolutions. Laundry on every floor? Yes PLEASE. Clean hallways and clean apartments, oh my goodness. This building is also de-leaded! If that's what you're looking for, you'll find it in Townhouse Apartments. Samantha is incredibly hospitable , helpful and friendly, she made our tour a great experience. If you're apartment hunting, you should put this building at the top of your list.
