Richard Rosen & his associate Deborah, represented the seller in the purchase of our new home. We could not be happier with every aspect of our purchase! Deborah went above and beyond for us, and Richard went and still has gone above and beyond for us even after our purchase. While I hope this is our forever home, I wouldn’t chose anyone else to represent us in the sale of our home. We are completely new to the Whitman area, we have two children one entering kindergarten this coming year, Richard helped me with all of my questions regarding that aspect and all of my silly town questions. Deborah gave me a heads up when my barrels weren’t out on time and I have heard nothing but positives. Both of Rosen and the town. We are so grateful to have worked with Rosen Realty!

In this world there are takers, and there are givers. Well, Rosen is definitely a taker. I wouldn't do business with him if he were the only realtor available! I wouldn't hire anyone in his office either, because 1.) He would still get some kickback money, and 2.) Anyone willing to worw, and be associated with him, has to have the same selfish mindset he has. That old saying rings true, "You are who you surround yourself with"!

Money hungry... They will build on anything and Rosen acts above everyone else
