Amanda is a amazing property manager, I've been here 2 years and it's been outstanding and Amanda has been outstanding with communication and resolving issues and Sherri is out standing for maintenance. Both lady's are very professional... Thank you both for the hard work im honored to be a resident at the townhouse apartments.

Amanda is a very professional manager. She's kind and and on top of it at all times. She is quick to respond to maintenance issues and addresses problem as they arise.Sherri is out standing for maintenance very professional and does the job right the 1st time!!! She is quick to respond to maintenance issues and addresses problem as they arise, as we all need to be. I love my rented home and am glad she took over as Senior Manager. She take care of it, y'all! We've been here for 3 year's and have never had a problem until new management took over she is never in the office, does not answer call's or call back about your reason for calling. Maintenance almost never answer the phone you have to call both properties just to get someone if the phone is not off of the hook. There has been multiple break in's in vehicles and apartments but nothing has been done about it. They will not keep the gate closed people that do not live here park here all of the time leaving no space for the actual renters. We signed the papers for our move out and set a date for her to come view and clear the apartment and she has yet to come or has not been in the office either it's VERY unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful to treat your renters this way please do not

I ABSOLUTELY HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A WARM AND CARING EXPERIENCE WITH A MANAGER WHO DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO HELP ME MOVE INTO A PLACE. I WASN'T PREPARED FOR THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS NEEDED. TERRY WAS SO UNDERSTANDING AND WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP ME.
