Townhomes with a View

I have lived here close to 3 years. At first this was a great place to live with friendly staff and well kept grounds. There has been a revolving door of property mangers and leasing agents. We currently have NO on-site maintenance. This is a large complex with close to 100 units (if not more) and we are waiting months for maintenance requests to be completed. Some units are privately owned and managed by an HOA. The HOA is responsible for repairs of lighting and carports. It takes a very long time for THWAV and the HOA to communicate with each other to process repairs. In September 2025 a carport beam rotted out of the ground and fell on a residents vehicle. The carport has yet to be replaced and is being held up with temporary supports. We do not have assigned parking, so we are now even

“Townhomes with a warrant” is a more appropriate name given you’ll see the cops showing up to the property more than your own neighbors depending on the week. As well as having to worry about some junkie chasing you around the property given that happened earlier this week prior to this review. I’ve been here a little over 2.5 years. Haven’t had a working water heater since moving in and have pleaded over and over with no results. Havent had functioning smoke detectors let anlone have only had 1 non functioning smoke detector when given the size of my unit should’ve had 4 fully functioning detectors and don’t have CO2 detectors at all and the property manager claimed “they’re not required” (Oregon law states they are) and that I “sounded like I was panicking” for expressing the fact that i

I just moved in I don’t have anything bad to say I read a lot of these reviews and I haven’t had a chance to expand of that and hope I don’t so far it’s quiet and everyone is to there self I have see a. Couple tweakers walk by but even they were to there self as far as the rats I haven’t seen any and I am scared of rats so just to be safe I will be putting down my own stuff. I love my apt and have nothing bad to say the management let me know that things use to be different but my experience is they were nice to me and a pleasure to work with I’ll come back after a couple of months and do another review but right now I love my place

The staff wad wonderful and very knowledgeable not only that they seemed eager and enthusiastic about sharing that knowledge without being pushy or overbearing. Also I have a bad habit of cutting people off with other questions when im looking to purchase something and theyre explaining something ive already read about or had been told about. Its not on purpose. O try notto but I just find myself doing it and Its always embarrassing when Ive realized ive done it after the fact. A lot of them take it personally and are a little negative about it which is totally warranted, thats why when I come accros employees that handled it with out taking ot personal and kept it positive two women I spoke with today (Shakira and I dont recall the dark cury haired lady's name and I apologize f

"I love living at THWV. It's a quiet, family friendly community. I give it 4 stars because there's room for improvement. For instance: 1) more responsive to resident concerns (I still dont have a working dryer and my request was back on 10/19) 2) assigned resident parking would be great. 3) more closet space"
