I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my experience at this apartment complex. Do NOT live here or Park Square (as they are owned by the same company). I became seriously ill while living in this apartment due to toxic mold. I notified management immediately and was told someone would come inspect it on Friday. I waited all afternoon. No one showed up. No follow-up. Nothing. After getting nowhere, I hired a professional mold testing company myself. The results were shocking: Chaetomium levels were 14,000 times higher than normal. I personally brought the official report to the property manager. They did nothing. They later found visible mold under the sink and claimed they “fixed” it. I was in a bit of a bad spot and needed a place that was both nice and reasonably priced. ‘Townhomes @ Spartanburg’ hit the spot perfectly. The staff there is fantastic - they’re quick to respond, easy to work with, and the maintenance team is top-notch. I’ve been living in my apartment for a while now, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the location and the level of service I’ve received. If you haven’t checked them out yet, you absolutely should. Trust me, you won’t regret it!

Been here for about a month and I love it. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable. The living space is very homely, me and my children settled in with no problem. I have my own personal fenced in backyard space & all appliances are up to date. 5 stars, we love it here!

I’ve been living here in these beautiful townhomes for over a year now. And I must say that it’s very quiet and peaceful. The maintenance guys are really fast and they do great service to fix any problem I’ve ever encountered! Very close to the interstate and shopping centers! All smiles from me. If you’re looking for a small townhome that’s pet friendly, I highly recommend this neighborhood!
