Townhomes on the Park

My friend recently moved into Townhomes on the Park Apartments, and the entire process was fast, smooth, and stress-free. A big thank you to Gabriela for being one of the most helpful managers my friend has ever dealt with. She was professional, responsive, and made sure everything went seamlessly from start to finish. It’s clear she really cares about the residents and making the move-in experience a positive one. Highly recommend!

I love it here! The employees are very nice and super helpful. Any maintenance issue I’ve had gets resolved quickly even same day at times. The grounds are clean and kept up. I don’t have any issues with bugs. It’s also very quiet where I’m at on the property. I feel very lucky to have found this place. It’s my little oasis in Phoenix. Plus it’s so close to all the amenities in the area. There’s a lot to do around the complex within walking distance.

Man, I do really miss living at THOTP. From the application process to day to day life things were very smooth right off the rip. I rented a two story townhome style loft for about a year and really have no complaints. The pricing for how perfect of a location you're getting is more than fair. Especially considering the in unit washer and dryer. The townhome had plenty of space to work from home from on the first floor and relax on the second floor. Flooring was also brand new when I moved in! It was great having a bathroom on the first floor for guests and a personal one on the second floor too The service team was also superb. I had a leaky faucet that was taken care of same-day. Very friendly and approachable. The only reason I chose not to renew my lease was landscaping noise. For

My son just moved in to this complex. The office staff, Alexis, has been incredibly helpful and patient through this process. While the complex is a little dated compared to some of the other apartment complexes in the area. The quality of the apartments and the care that they take to maintain The standards while also responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner have been super appreciated. I would recommend this complex to anyone who is starting out for the first time or is looking to be close to a thriving Paradise Valley North Phoenix area close to the Paradise Valley mall target Costco, etc.

I lived @ Townhomes on the Park for 6 yrs and called it my home. The Park was the best b/c yr so close to it. My Dog & I were there 3x a day. Target, FRYS, EOS, Dutch Bros, Canes, Chipotle,.. all waking distance. No riff raff, always felt safe. Close to Scottsdale, Desert Ridge & the 51. Management & Maintenance were cool. Gr8 location.
