From the moment you walk into one of these on the lot , you immediately feel the difference. This home is so sturdy you forget that you are in a mobile home. I have visited other lots, and it always feels wobbly, but this one is solid. This homes are solidly built and with such a spirit of excellence. They are also thoughtfully designed with unexpected extra touches and quality appliances. My husband said he would never live in a mobile home until he saw these. It's a shame there are so many bad reviews for the dealership because that does not reflect the high standards of the manufacturer. I say go take a look for yourself. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is I haven't purchased one yet.

Don't trust that they will handle anything. Due to a manufacturer defect under my master tub there was a slow leak that damaged my flooring and insulation. Caused extensive damage. Danny,the service manager, made repairs to my home and this is what kind of work he guarantees. New flooring. Yes, Helen Keller could have done a better job. Now I have to get an attorney if I want anything to be done as they have caused more suffering due to their negligence. Caulk, cuts, mix match pieces, floor lifted, glue everywhere, red markings.....just horrible.

Terrible experience. Was told by dealer these are the best built manufactured homes in the area. 1 positive is my home did just go through Hurricane Helene with no damage so something was done right. However house was done being built 1st week in August, wasn't delivered until 8/23/34. The man who drove the house in seemed like he had no idea what he was doing drove aimlessly around my yard causing terrible ruts and not following direction of where he was asked to go and almost knocked out my fence. House was not set on pad until 9/5/24. None of the doors latched properly including exterior doors, they literally waited until the day the hurricane was to make landfall before fixing them after weeks of me calling asking for them to be fixed. I honestly would give no stars if it was an option. I bought a home through Acme homes in Crystal River which they received the home from Townhomes LLC. After receiving my keys we immediately started noticing a bunch of issues and made Acme homes aware. We also made the factory which is townhomes aware as well. We were told that they have a relationship together and that Acme homes is who would be the one fixing our issues for them. The walls had a bunch of issues regarding the way they were painted and drywall cracks throughout. I lost electric multiple times throughout my home and had to have the electrician come out four times this last time he came out he let me know the wiring in the home was done completely wrong and it was actually a fire hazard. My roof wasn't put on properly and now I have to replace my roof on a 3 year old home. I have a 10 year warranty and they refuse to call back. They even used 3 tab shingles that are one of the worst to use. They nailed only 2 together in some spots. The drip line is too long and was impropely put on. They used staples were it isn't permited. They forgot to put the single cement down in the front and back of the home. So now I'm stuck with a damaged roof that was initally caused by improper installation that I have to pay to have a new roof because if i don't it will eventually leak by pulling up 2-3rows of shingles and breaking the seal and plus the shingles that are improperly put on are no good so I have to replace this roof in order to not have issues down the road. Insurance won't pay
